Evie N. Thomas, Owner and CEO of Omega Tax Solutions Inc., is passionate about people and her community. An intelligent and business-savvy woman, she is the owner of both a nonprofit organization and a construction company. Evie wears many hats — as a visionary leader, she brings her diverse business experience to the table, grounded in compassion, professionalism, and drive. Her ability to build and lead strong teams while serving her community is unmatched.
Beyond her impressive portfolio, Evie is a loving mother and daughter who is dedicated to serving others. Her leadership style is guided by empathy, excellence, and integrity, inspiring those around her to strive for greatness.

Mr. C. Williams
Vice President
Our Vice President, Mr. C. Williams, is a retired Sergeant from a suburban police department outside of Cleveland, Ohio, and a proud veteran of the United States Navy. He holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology and is a distinguished member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. In tribute to his legacy and values, the company was named Omega Tax Solutions by its founder, Ms. Evie N. Thomas, who is also Mr. Williams’ life partner and business collaborator in multiple ventures.
Mr. Williams brings leadership, discipline, and compassion to every endeavor he undertakes. In addition to his professional excellence, he is deeply committed to philanthropy, hosting annual fundraisers in support of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. His dedication to community service and his inspiring background as both a servicemember and leader make him an invaluable part of the Omega Tax Solutions mission.
